Will be held Saturdays, twice a month, at 2.30pm at Lokananda when we re-open in 2012.

Join us as we take a closer look at Gurdjieff, Kashmir Shaivism, Ramana Maharshi, the Upanishads and other teachers, books and sacred texts. Techniques and practices for introspection, meditation and self-inquiry. Formal readings, commentary and open discussion.

Whether you are new to meditation or have done meditation before, this is a comprehensive introduction to meditation techniques that will help you establish an ongoing personal practice. The course includes discussions about connecting to the power of the inner spiritual Self, the energy centres, guided meditations, mantra, breath meditation and Self-inquiry.
