Yoga Schedule

For beginners and ongoing:
stretch, strengthen and relax;
• Mondays, 6.00pm (beginners)
• Tuesdays 10.30am (beginners and mixed)
• Wednesdays 7.30pm (mixed)

Monday and Tuesday classes are 1 hr; Wednesday's class is about 1 1/4 hr; $15 per session.

Wear comfortable clothing. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or use ours. Yoga is a great opportunity to improve flexibility and increase strength in a comfortable and encouraging environment. You are welcome to join us if you have never done yoga before or if you have an established practice.

Every class ends with guided relaxation to help you release and open yourself to a quiet mind.
